CMWL DIRECT SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

• CMWL Direct ships only to locations within the United States.
• We do not accept orders from PO Boxes; only physical delivery addresses within the United States.
• Orders are typically received by the fulfillment centers one day following the date of purchase.
• Orders are targeted to ship within five business days of receipt, but please allow up to two weeks.
• Different items may arrive separately.
• All sales are final. We can refund orders only for damaged products. Photos or videos of the damage must be supplied to CMWL Direct to process the refund.
• Please inspect boxes delivered to your home or office prior to accepting them. If you see damage, refuse acceptance and notify us using the Contact Form on this site or email us at cmwldirect@cmwl.com to request replacement items.
