If access to the CMWL Program at a local participating center is not an option, it may be possible to follow it online with a nurse practitioner trained in the proprietary, clinically-proven CMWL weight loss protocols.
These plan options are only available for those individuals who have completed an initial consultation with a licensed virtual provider in their state of residence and have been determined to be eligible for the program.
