-Two 20-minute follow-up virtual visits (one per month) with your medical provider to assess and track progress in the maintenance phase of weight management, and discuss the specific behavioral requirements to keep the weight off for life. Pay each time or subscribe for automatic renewal every 8 weeks.
-Continuation of home delivery of the medication with comprehensive customer support. ***Please note there is a separate charge for that will be billed to you directly by our GLP-1 partner.
-A comprehensive digital copy of the CMWL SMART Maintenance booklet, full of strategies, information, and motivational tips!
-Online account to track progress and complete prescribed counseling modules.
