WHAT'S INCLUDED:
A personalized plan comprised of virtual visits, behavioral counseling, and nutritional therapy:
-Four bi-weekly 20-minute follow-up virtual visits with your medical provider to assess and track progress in weight loss and behavioral/dietary modification.
-A prescription for home delivery of GLP-1 medication (semaglutide or tirzepatide) with comprehensive customer support. ***Please note there is a separate charge for that will be billed to you directly by our GLP-1 partner.
-112 individual CMWL protein meal replacement items (e.g., shakes, bars, soups, snacks, etc), shipped directly to your home.
-Online account to track progress and complete prescribed counseling modules.
